WelcomePatricia Maarhuis is an educator, researcher, and artist at Washington State University in Pullman, WA. From her base in the WSU student health services, she works across multiple disciplines and departments. Patricia’s practice focuses on the intersections between education, high risk experiences and behaviors, and cultural contexts. Reflection upon the philosophical, cultural, and especially the aesthetic dimensions of education informs her research, teaching, and service.
